Compact squeegee cleaning system

The compact cleaning system SYSTRONIC CL100US was specially developed for cleaning squeegees and tools.

10 vibrators ensure the ultrasonic agitation. In addition, the cleaning can be supported by pressure flooding, which is directed to the parts in alternation with the ultrasound. Stainless steel tubes adjusted towards the blade mounting position to produce a submerged flow spray towards the blade plates and flood limiter. The chemistry is from the filling pump is sucked out of the chamber and the register is supplied with this chemical again via special valves.

  • Since the special cleaner is in the tank under the cleaning basin, the user does not come into contact with it when loading the machine.
  • The SYSTRONIC CL100US offers a fast, safe and reproducible process, which can be expanded with various holders and an optional hot air drying system.
