PCB Magazines

Ensure the precision of your production with PCB magazines from MIKI-PLASTIK.

PCB magzines from MIKI-PLASTIK guarantee high stability, dimensional accuracy and parallelism of the side walls, as well as simple and reliable adjustability. Magazine production is carried out 100% in-house, from machining to injection molding to final assembly.

Current adjustability in the following 3 versions:

  • Width adjustment manually, fixed with 4 screw clamps.
  • Width adjustment synchronized by hand using a standard socket wrench, fixed with 2 screw clamps (all from one side).
    » Animation for synchronized adjustability
  • Width adjustment automatically, motorized via the existing coupling, fixation via self-locking trapezoidal thread spindle, securing is not required as the trapezoidal thread shaft is self-locking.

Standardized technical versions:

  • All versions are compatible with each other.
  • Suitable for reversing operation with transport lock: locking and unlocking by hand and in automatic operation. Or alternatively with clamping springs per slot.
  • Magazines can be stacked safely and space-savingly using 4 stacking knobs on the cover plate.
  • Side walls in different web supports. Standard 3.0mm, 4.2mm and 5.0mm, special editions available on request.
  • Width adjustment up to max. 550mm possible within 200 different standard types in the following basic sizes, see table 2.
  • Special sizes available on request.
  • Adaptation to all existing magazines, as well as input and output stations possible.
  • Suitable for the following temperatures, see table 1

Securing PCBs

Clamping springs (elastic elements):

New patented method for securing PCBs independently of the machine and operator using clamping springs per slot, replacing the mechanical latch on the front and back.

  • Suitable for securing PCBs against falling out.
  • Suitable to prevent the PCBs from slipping or swinging during transport.
  • Suitable for separating circuit boards, depending on the arrangement of the clamping springs, several circuit boards per slot are possible.

Mechanical locking:

A latch is mounted on the front and back of the fixed side wall to prevent the circuit boards from falling out. This can be opened or closed manually or automatically on the machine.

Several variants possible:

  • Manually vertically movable by hand, lockable via spring force.
  • Manually pivotable (rotatable) by hand, lockable via clamping sleeve.
  • Can be automated or manually moved vertically, can be locked by hooking it in manually.
  • Can be automated or manually moved vertically for turning operation. Can be locked by hooking it in manually.
