  • Releasing the side wall. Adjusting to suit PCB with, Fixing the side wall completed in seconds with standard Allen key

  • Coupling

  • Trapezoidal thread shaft

Securing PCBs

Clamping springs (elastic elements):

New patented method for securing PCBs independently of the machine and operator using clamping springs per slot, replacing the mechanical latch on the front and back.

  • Suitable for securing PCBs against falling out.
  • Suitable to prevent the PCBs from slipping or swinging during transport.
  • Suitable for separating circuit boards, depending on the arrangement of the clamping springs, several circuit boards per slot are possible.

Mechanical locking:

A latch is mounted on the front and back of the fixed side wall to prevent the circuit boards from falling out. This can be opened or closed manually or automatically on the machine.

Several variants possible:

  • Manually vertically movable by hand, lockable via spring force.
  • Manually pivotable (rotatable) by hand, lockable via clamping sleeve.
  • Can be automated or manually moved vertically, can be locked by hooking it in manually.
  • Can be automated or manually moved vertically for turning operation. Can be locked by hooking it in manually.
